Roads and Travel Assistance
Services of Roadside Assistance are provided by American Assist, Inc., its address is PMB 520, Rd.19, Guaynabo, PR 00966
- The service is available for one (1) vehicle exclusively for private use. In no case may be public transport vehicle of goods or passengers, commercial vehicles, rental, except in cases of lease or lease that are not weighing more than 3,500 kilograms (3.5 tons in weight) model to fifteen years older than.

- The program covers the following services SERVICES OF ASSISTANCE IN PUERTO RICO:
A) SHIPPING AND PAYMENT OF TRAILER CRANE:

- By Accident: $ 150.00 per event unlimited events per year.
B)ROAD ASSISTANCE (CHANGE OF RUBBER, FUEL SUPPLY AND BATTERY CHARGING):

- $ 100.00 PER EVENT, NO LIMIT EVENTS PER YEAR
C)SHIPPING AND PAYMENT OF LOCKSMITH FOR LOSS OR LOSS OF KEYS TO THE CAR:
In case the CLIENT lost or misplaced car keys affiliate, AAI will coordinate the shipment of a locksmith for opening the vehicle and allow access to it. This service will be provided to the following limit:
- $ 100.00 PER EVENT AND UNLIMITED EVENTS PER YEAR.
D)MECHANICAL WORKSHOP REFERENCES:
At the request of the CLIENT, AAI will provide updated information on auto service shops near the site of the car accident or breakdown.
4. Other services in Puerto Rico trip 30 miles from their place of habitual residence:
- Hotel by car totally damaged – If mechanical failure that prevents circulation and whose repair is equal to or greater than two days of affiliated vehicle. $ 120.00 per event unlimited events per year.
- Auto rented for total theft of the car – In case of theft of customer’s vehicle, provided that this copy of the theft report to the appropriate authorities. $ 120.00 per event unlimited events per year.
- Transfer to his home by illness – In case the client holder suffered illness while traveling physically preventing him from returning to his home. No cost and no-limit events per year limit.
- Transport costs for vehicle recovery in Puerto Rico – In the event that the owner client suffered a vehicle theft during the trip and was subsequently located. No cost and no-limit events per year limit.
- Help return journey or continuance of Puerto Rico – In case of damage or theft of one of the vehicles affiliates. $ 120.00 per event and unlimited events per year.

- References and coordination of restaurants, cultural centers, cinemas, theaters and museums in Puerto Rico.
5. Customer Obligations:
In order that the customer may enjoy the services provided, shall comply with the following obligations:
- Refrain from making expenditures or arrangements without prior consultation with AAI.
- Identify as CLIENT with AAI officials or to people that the latter company contracting with the purpose of providing the services contemplated herein.
- Being active CLIENT services provided by the AGENT and stay current with the payments associated with such service.
Home Assistance
Services of Roadside Assistance are provided by American Assist, Inc., its address is PMB 520, Rd.19, Guaynabo, PR 00966
- The service will be available for situations of “emergency” in which skilled professionals will be provided when the “affiliated housing” present difficulties as a result of a fluke.
- The program will take effect seventy-two hours (72) have been signed, and from that time to force the Customer may use the services as described below, which will be provided at the territory of Puerto Rico.
- The program covers the following services SERVICES OF ASSISTANCE IN PUERTO RICO:
A)SERVICES OF CERRAJERÍA:
As a result of any accidental event, such as loss, lost or stolen keys, lock disabling for attempted theft or other cause which prevents the opening of the building’s CONTRACT HOLDER or threatening the safety of the same because CONTRACT hOLDER request will be sent as soon as possible a specialist that will perform the necessary emergency assistance to restore access to the property and correct closure of the door of the house Affiliate. This service will be provided to the following limit:
- $ 350.00 BY MAXIMUM FOUR EVENTS EVENT BY YEAR
B)PLUMBING SERVICES:

C)ELECTRICAL SERVICES:

D)CRISTALERIA SERVICES:

This service will be provided to the following limit:
- MAXIMUM $ 350.00 PER EVENT FOUR EVENTS BY YEAR
E)TECHNICAL SERVICES HOME CONNECTION:
When the required CONTRACT HOLDER connection services in the home, at the request of AAHS CONTRACT HOLDER may send a professional to make sure you receive these services, the cost of these services is borne by the CONTRACT HOLDER. The free services are: plumbing, carpentry, joinery and washing tanks.
4.Customer Obligations:
To the CONTRACT HOLDER can enjoy the services provided, shall comply with the following obligations:
- Refrain from making expenditures or arrangements without consulting with AAHS.
- The CONTRACT HOLDER is required to report a change of residence and report AAHS staff within a reasonable time on or before 10 days after the change of address, so that services are applicable to the new home if necessary. Once the notice has been made to AAHS canceled means housing contract and enter into force before the cover to the new residence.
- Identify as CONTRACT HOLDER AAHS before officials or to people that the latter company contracting with the purpose of providing the services contemplated herein.
