2. Remember to apply for assistance must have the following requirements:

5. The service is monitored from start to finish by the coordinator of assistance to minimize waiting times.
6. The customer confirms the completion of the service and quality makes a survey to assess customer satisfaction, the care provided by our cabin crew and service providers.
