1. Do asistenciaSOS.com a new company in Puerto Rico?

asistenciaSOS.com is a registered trademark of American Assist, Inc. and American Home Assist Services, Inc. We are in Puerto Rico since 2003, providing services and roadside assistance in the home to thousands of people. Our clients several companies including: Claro PR, Universal Insurance, COSVI, Banco Santander de PR, Open Mobile, among others.

2. What are the main exclusions?

Roadside Assistance:

  • Vehicles weighing more than 7,700 lbs. (3.5 tons).
  • Vehicles over 15 years old.

Home Assistance:

  • It includes shops, offices, retirement homes, nursing homes, used to rent to others.

3. What is included?

Roadside Assistance:

  • Aid Roads (unlimited events and covers up to $ 100 per event)
    • Blacksmiths (opening the vehicle)
    • Gasoline supply (up to 2 gallons)
    • Battery Charge
    • Change rubber (the spare)
  • Crane, in case of breakdown or accident (unlimited events up to a maximum of $ 150 per event)
  • Travel services in PR, to 30 miles away from their usual residence.
  • Reference garages.

Home Assistance:

We provide in-home services:

  • plumbing
  • electricity
  • locksmith
  • glassware

Each includes four service up to a maximum of $ 350.00 per service. Includes technical (labor), materials and visits.

6. Is there a contract?

No. Although you have a one year subscription, it is not contract.

7. How many vehicles and / or property included?

Subscription is a vehicle or home. Example (1) If you have three vehicles, then you need to subscribe in three programs roadside assistance. (2) If you have two homes, you must subscribe to two programs of assistance at home.

8. I can buy at a store?

You can subscribe to our assistance programs, by calling (787) 200-2767 (24hrs. / 7) or on our website www.asistenciaSOS.com.

9. What payment methods are available?

You can pay with major credit cards [Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Discover] account may also pay by check, money order and cash.

10. What I get in the mail and when?

Once you subscribe to the program, will receive by mail, Welcome Letter, paid his bill and the Terms and Conditions.

11. How long I have to wait after the purchase to get service?

After 72 hours, the service is active and may apply.
